X402IQ does not custody, store, or control user tokens.
Network delays or congestion may impact transaction confirmation times.
You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features or services may incur fees, such as:

API and node usage fees
Token staking or computation credits
Developer sandbox and Cloud access

All fees are displayed on our website or dashboard and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous operation of X402IQ systems; however, availability may be affected by:

Scheduled maintenance or upgrades
Blockchain network instability
Force majeure events
Technical malfunctions or third-party dependencies

We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in X402IQ, including but not limited to: software, SDKs, APIs, documentation, Neural Consensus Engine, and Cognitive Encryption™ technology, are owned by X402IQ or its licensors.

Blockchain network errors or token price fluctuations

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to X402IQ in the preceding 12 months.
